All of our indices and shower rings are hydraulically pressed, from an ultra fine ceramic powder, using precision machined tooling dies

Not only does this guarantee optimum strength when producing thin profiles and unusual shapes, but allows us to achieve extremely accurate tolerance levels for a precise fit to your metalwork
Each component is engineered and tested to your individual specification, tolerances and metalwork before it leaves our facility
Choose from a wide selection of existing designs and size specifications. Or, alternatively create something bespoke and unique to your individual brand or metalwork
All our products are produced using an extremely resilient high alumina based ceramic, guaranteeing optimum strength and durability during consistent use
Add you own branding, imagery and artwork. This is fired into the ceramic using highly fluxed inks for maximum durability and longevity
Our ceramics are fully vitrified after firing, ensuring no water or moisture is absorbed into the material whist in a damp environment such as a kitchen or bathroom.
Choose from a wide selection of different colours glazes. We are also offer a custom colour matching service
